Amazing. I’ve been doing yoga for 15 years and am a certified yoga instructor. I discovered Jay Co at the beginning of the pandemic and he is simply amazing. Jay’s classes are consistently the best I’ve ever taken. My husband and I play his classes on a speaker when we take them together, or I just pop in my air pods when I’m solo. His classes are challenging but not fancy (which I love). I do yoga with Jay multiple times each week and my body (and mind) have never felt better.
